                            Catering Policy & Terms

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your catering needs in the hopes of catering for your special day! It would absolutely be our pleasure. Please understand that the prices listed on each menu does not include gratuity or chef service fees. If there's anything you’re looking to have and it’s not listed on our catering menu please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you for considering TKo Tasty Creations LLC.

Delivery

Delivery and in home private / personal chef and catering services are currently available throughout the Tri State. Out of town services can be accommodated based on availability. Delivery fees are based on the location and size of the order. Fees start at $50 for delivery. Your food is delivered to the address you provide us.

 

Buffet Set Up including Wire Warming Trays:

+ $160 with delivery fee + 10% gratuity

Your menu items are delivered to your event and placed in the designated food area in wire chafing dishes with serving utensils, steaming pans and sternos (up to Buffet stands any extras will be an additional cost). These items will be yours to keep. service is for set up only and does not include any serving or break down services. Once we set up we vacate the area. We arrive two hours before your event start time unless the host specifies a different time frame.

   

Full Service Catering starts off at $600 + 20% gratuity

Along with the cost of your menu items. Your menu items are delivered to your event and placed in the designated food area in Stainless Steel chafing dishes that include water pans, sternos, and serving utensils.

With this service, Select menu items will be displayed on platters, stands, risers, etc. Your guests will be served buffet style at the dinner time you select. The buffet area will be monitored at all times. Once your guests are served, we will break down the buffet approximately 2 hours after dinner service and any leftovers will be wrapped for, host to take or distribute amongst guests. If you would like us to provide take out containers and or fold that would be and additional $40 charge. We We will clean buffet / cocktail hour tables any other trash related to the dinner service will be discarded.

 

Servingware
White or Black Plain Plasticware $1.75 pp
Heavy Duty Designer Plastic that mimics China and Flatware $2.75pp

 

Deposits and Payments

All bookings require a 50% deposit payable via our secured point of sale invoice system. We would need your full name, contact number and email address. Along with the address for your event and hours. The remaining balance for your event will be due 3 weeks before your event. We do not accept partial payments towards your deposit . However we can take multiple payments for your remaining balance as long as it’s paid before the due date. Changes to your selected menu can be made up to 1 week before your scheduled event. In the event the client needs to cancel, Clients are allowed to re- Schedule their event within 6 months starting from their original event date. All pick up orders are subjected to 10% service charge fee. Pricing for menu items aren’t set in stone and are subjected to repricing if the event is rescheduled. After 6 months without out rescheduling all monies are obsolete. Deposits and final balances are non refundable. If cancellation does occur at fault of our business, the client will be fully refunded and offered services at a later date at a discount rate if he/she wishes.
