Catering Policies & Terms
At TKO Tasty Creations LLC, we believe clear expectations help create a smooth and enjoyable catering experience. Please review our booking policies and terms before submitting your retainer or confirming your event.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
50% Non-Refundable Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
Final Payment, Guest Count & Menu
Final payment, guaranteed guest count, and final menu selections are due 21 calendar days before your event.
Catering Minimum
Catering orders require a $300 minimum food order. Delivery, staffing, setup, rentals, travel, and other applicable service charges are additional unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Eligible rescheduling requests made more than 21 days before the event may be transferred one time to an available date within six months. Cancellation terms apply as outlined in the full policies.
Service Options
Pickup, delivery, delivery with setup, and full-service catering are separate service levels. Only services specifically included in your quote or invoice are provided.
Dietary & Allergy Requests
Dietary accommodations are not guaranteed and may involve additional charges. TKO Tasty Creations LLC does not operate an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
